I'd never call an erotica short playful, well, I've never had reason too. But Sommer's "Allure" brought a thrilling touch of sex, fun, and playfulness to this wonderful word romp that makes me eat my words.

I found myself turned on, laughing, and having a joyful time with her characters who felt real and very on my level while one of them was a bob cat shifter---kind of hard to relate too, and yet I totally got it.

While reading it, I didn't feel cheated out of my story, which can often happen in shorter works. Not only does it pack a punch,it packs a wallop and leaves me longing for a nice stinging bruise for a few days. A story I won't soon forget!

Allure sure was one hot quickie. May’s antics were hilarious. I enjoyed how she burned off energy in an effort to keep her little secret hidden. Lucky for her Chase was really into her. Their first date was one date every woman would love to have. Hot, steamy, unforgettable, on both sides. Sparks surely did fly, combustion was imminent. With Chase as her go to guy they had the perfect beginning for a life time of carnal pleasure and building a family.

I enjoyed this naughty quick read.

Sommer Marsden is a new author for me. Her Gilmore Girl-esque erotic stream of conscious writing appeals to the chatty Kathy in me. This Quickie from Ellora's Cave gives shows us a peak at what happens when a shifter goes on a date and she's on the rag…Of course, in Marsden's world, ovulating comes with bennies: dewy skin, full lips, and an additional bra cup size.
