Diana Cooper is a British psychic and channel. She writes very well about her experiences with her guide, Ascended Master Kumeka and the information he imparts, as well as offering stories from those with whom she is associated. She has a clear, connected way of writing these rather esoteric spiritual ideas of how we move from the third dimension into the fifth, while still staying within our bodies. There are meditations and exercises throughout the book to connect the reader in a tangible way to her words and the ideas presented. Some of it seems fantastical, although I felt most of the book to be grounded in real feelings.
