First let me say I originally read the author's "Mi Carina" series and fell in love and went on a Sienna Mynx buying spree. Since then I read two of her other series and couple of her stand along books so therefore I kind of have an general feel for her writing style. Now I feel like I've been had. When I read the desciption of the book I thought to myself that sounds like the movie "Indecent Proposal" or at least somewhere along that line. The ratings for the book were good so I thought WTH I'll try it. The book is about a couple, Pete and Daisy, whom are in love with each other and thinks with the little bit of money they have they should try their luck in Las Vegas. While there they are approached by a billionare and are propositioned for a million dollars in exchange for one night with the female, Daisy. Hmm sounds like "Indecent Proposal" theme for the movie. But the similarities don't stop there and in the book it continues on. The makeover, the buying the girl a dress, the helicopitor set manner of traveling, sex on the yacht, all very unoriginal and were in the movie. I can understand taking your inspiration from these movies but don't let it be so obvious. One thing that I found to be hard to belive the thought of after 24 hrs of spending time with Daisy that it would bring Aiden to a halt and having him telling Daisy his inner most secret to her. The one person whom I felt sorry for was Pete. I really believed that he loved Daisy and was willing to do anything for her and even put their relationship the line just to make her happy. Daisy was manipulative and money hungry but I going to allow her a little lead way because she is young and I feel she is yet to understand there can be serious consequences your actions. I will continue to the next book in the series b/c I would like to what know happens and how its going to end. But over all it was an "ok" read b/c I saw the movie and Daisy got on my nerves quite a bit.

Originally, I accidentally read the sequel( Daisy's Choice by Sienna Mynx ), 1st.
Now that all of the puzzle pieces have been set in place, I can truly say that there are Interracial Romance writers who get it right, and some that definitely get it wrong.

Sienna Mynx is an Interracial Romance writer who gets it right with "Aiden's Game" & "Daisy's Choice." Her characters, plot, and scenes of seduction are well-thought out & not to mention well-edited.

If you are into Interracial Romances with some spice, I highly recommend this book along with the sequel.

I'm barely halfway with this book and I don't think I can bring myself to finish it. All I keep thinking is this girl is a whore, she's nothing but a prostitute at heart. Everyone wants to have money to make their lives easier but her level of greed kind of turns my stomach. I know I sound judgy but I don't see how anyone can think this is romantic. Maybe if I go back and finish reading the book with the idea that I'm not reading a romance novel I might be able to finish it but at this point I can't stand the heroine so I doubt I will.

This IR book is the first in a series that surrounds the characters of Aiden, a very wealthy hotel/gambling mogul, and Daisy a very young, ambitious, and somewhat naive woman fleeing a small town with her fiance in pursuit of a "better" and more exciting life. Daisy, after being spotted by Aiden in his hotel is willing to sacrifice what she tries to convince herself and her fiance Pete is just a night of her life and the use of her body that will mean nothing to their relationship in the long run, but will solve all of their money problems and allow them to follow their dreams. Yes, this is the same plot line as a very popular movie, however the trajectory of the characters move in a unique direction from there. I freely admit that I am a fan of Mynx's writing so I may be more forgiving than others when reading this first book. This isn't the first and won't be the last time an author uses this scenario to start a story line and I don't have a problem with similar plot base if the story evolves uniquely with the clear voice and imagination of the individual authors. Daisy is written in a way that you want to both strangle and hug her at the same time. Having more life experience myself, I did become annoyed with her reasoning and Pete's inability to reign her in and tell her exactly what he really felt, but you have to chalk all of that up to their mutual immaturity and Daisy's ability to talk circles around Pete. Aiden is a dominating force that neither Daisy nor Pete really stood a chance against. Books 2 and 3 moves the story along very well and if you are a fan of IR this trilogy is definitely worth the read.

Oh my God, was that it? Was it?

I was completely speechless, why on earth should it be cliffhanger? Just hang me, now.

First of all, at the beginning the flow brought me to dislike Pete. By the way Daisy described him, I just believed that Pete was a scumbag, though I knew he loved Daisy, but his love was not enough. Then, Pete showed me that he's not that bad. And it made me to hate Aiden. Hell, Aiden was a big jerk, a d-bag, whatever you call him. I was so disgusted by him. And I started to hate the story. I despised cheating, infidelity. So I came up with conclusion that:
1. Daisy was seriously an annoying heroine. How could she abort Pete's child? How could she? And how could she agree to sell herself for a mill dollars. But well, live in all enough-life, tired of live in middle of nowhere in Kentucky, and being propositioned by handsome rich man, I guess it took all of some woman to reject the offer.
2. Pete was not perfect, but he still had some good conscience, he's so loyal to Daisy. (apart that he pulled out the gun, but in the end, he didn't do it.)
3. Aiden was a real broken man. Damn I was beginning to like him when he realized to want to have more with Daisy. Then again, I pulled away. I couldn't decide whether Daisy was better with either of them. Is there any chance there will be the third man come up?

Hell, the story was a mess. I guess hoping for third man to come up was too much. Well, I think I should read the sequel then.

I had higher hopes for this book. I found it hard to believe that she would just leave and disappear from her family and the guy she supposedly loved. on the flip side I can't see Aiden being that obsessed with her after a short time. I was disappointed I bought both this and the sequel at the same time bc I don't even want to read the sequel

This book started off a little shaky, so I can see the reason for the mixed reviews, but once it got going it was really good. The Indecent Proposal storyline did throw me for a loop at first, but once the story really got going it didn't bother me so much. The things that went down in this book with Aiden, Daisey & Pete were all kinds of crazy. Yes we all knew what was going to happen, but the end didn't play out how I expected to, and that was a great twist to the story. Sienna Mynx always tells a great story, and it is usually pretty hot and steamy which this one lives up to. I am curious to see how this thing plays out.

-Inter-Racial love story

"Tell me this isn't paradise. Tell me." -Daisy in Aidens Game

This book gets 3 Stars simply b/cuz this is a story we are all familiar with. I think the author did an okie doke job with her twist and turns but the plot remains the same and is very well known.

Strapped for cash a young couple from a small town in Kentucky Daisy and her boyfriend Peter go to Vegas seeking a quick financial fix but fall short. They then decide to marry before leaving Vegas and to hit the slots one more time that night before leaving the casino. Eventually they get split up during the night. While searching for Pete in the slot isles Daisy inadvertently attracts the attention of billionaire Aiden Keane the casino owner. Aiden watches the couple in the casino and flirts with Daisy and befriends her, then Aiden decides he wants Daisy. And what Aiden wants Aiden gets he propositions the young couple by offering them 1Million dollars for 24hours with Daisy. After much convincing on Daisy's part Pete finally agree's to the deal and he and Daisy sign a contract delivered by Aiden's lawyer. What the young couple don't know is that Aiden has tricks up his sleeve that will cause them to both spiral down into a blackhole of bitterness, revenge, and hate. Because this is Aiden's Game.

My Ratings
Characters- Likable
Writing Style- Okay
Plot/Storyline- Not Original but still held my attention
Overall- Moderately Good

I went back and forth between a 3 and 4 star rating with this book. I liked it, but I hated Aiden, but the fact that I hated him and still loved the book made me give it the higher rating. Anytime I am still thinking about characters and the emotions they pulled from me even after I've finished a book deserves a higher rating because that's what an author's goal should be.

Daisy and Pete set off to Vegas to gamble, win some money and start a better life for themselves. Just when they are about to give up, Aiden propositions Daisy - one day spent with him and she and Pete become instant millionaires. Pete and Daisy are high school sweethearts and have had their relationship scrutinized at every turn, so they are used to fighting for their love, but Aiden's proposition could end them. All Daisy has ever wanted was a life where she isn't struggling financially but Pete wants no parts of the deal. He just wants his girl, but Aiden is the ultimate manipulator. Aiden not only gets Pete to agree to the proposal, but he betrays both Pete and Daisy in the process, ultimately ending their relationship. Aiden is so arrogant he thinks Daisy will come running back to him but he is sorely mistaken.

I loved Pete and Daisy. They were so down to earth and even though everyone thought they were country bumpkins, they were headstrong and proud people. Aiden was the ultimate manipulator, betraying everyone, but he was the loser in the end and got what he deserved.

Well this book had indecent proposal written all over it. So much went wrong with what happened between Aiden, Daisy and Pete. Daisy was selfish and only thought about herself, sure she loved Pete. He was want she wanted at the time but he could not give her what she wanted. In walks Aiden, a man that could chew both Daisy and Pete up and spit them out.

This book made me angry with all parties involved and the heartbreak for both Daisy and Pete, playing a game they were ill equipped to play.

True love can conquer all, puppy love cannot and will not survive if put to a million dollar test. Pete would have done anything for Daisy, Daisy no matter how she spun it would have done anything for Daisy. I believe that she did love Pete in her own way; however she felt something from Aiden that she could not deny. Once the hand's are dealt no one will win in this game.

4 stars. Indecent Proposal meets Pretty Woman-sort of. When I started reading this book, it had not registered that it was a trilogy. The initial pairing of Daisy with Pete seemed to be bolstered by defiance; after they accept the terms set by Aiden, I knew Daisy and Aiden would make love and that this act would destroy her relationship with Pete. It was the ending of the story where the fate of the three: Aiden, Daisy and Pete, was unresolved. I enjoyed the story it held my interest and it moved along smoothly.

Loved it! I didn't really like daisy's character all that much, the way she did Pete was just wrong...Aiden was a compete asshole and a crybaby at the same damn time I liked his character somewhat but his Rich man temper tantrums were annoying. The only character I truly loved was Pete which is messed up because I have a feeling he won't be coming out on top...on to book two

I really didn't like the characters in this story from the beginning, and at the end I only liked them slightly more than I did at the beginning.

I liked the story alright, drove me crazy at times with how annoying the characters could be, but overall it was okay.

Toss Up-
This was a good story but it took way too long to tell it. Very redundant and at the end of book 2, you only get to read a third book to find out how Aiden maneuvers with the new found information. Thanks, but after this tedious read, I no longer care.

O.M.G.!!! I loved this book. Let me start by saying that it was not quite what I was expecting. If you liked Indecent Proposal starring Robert Redford and Demi Moore and thought there should have been more to the story, wondered how in the world Demi could have that passionate and instant connection with Redford and then go back to Woody, you'll love Aiden's Game. Aiden is a tortured hero, sexy, arrogant, ruthless but also vulnerable, passionate and tender. Pete is lovable, passionate, sweet, sexy and wholesome. Poor Daisy, I truly understood her dilemma. Not often that I will read a story with a triangle and come away feeling sorry for everyone. Totally understood how Daisy was torn and okay with whatever the author decided to do with the characters. I fell in love with Aiden, I fell in love with Pete and I genuinely liked Daisy. Not going to spoil it by sharing how it ends but oh my!!! Currently reading the next one in the series and so far I am loving it. Thanks Ms. Mynx -another great read!!

This story was pretty good. Aiden was very devious in his plan to break up the romance between Daisy and Pete. I felt sorry for Pete who was a good guy and he remained faithful to Daisy throughout it all. This is a young couple that seem to be inexperienced in life and Aiden took full advantage of that in his obsession of Daisy. Daisy seems to be bent on leaving her poor town in Kentucky behind and she worshipped the almighty dollar. Anyway, I am now going to read the sequel to this triangle love story to find out what is the fascination with Daisy and the guy's determination to locate her. Sienna Mynx is one of my favorite authors and this series is a little different.

Slow start

The story started out slow . I wasn't initially impressed with Daisy's character. She seemed a little slow and it had nothing to do with where she was from. She spoke using double negatives. If that was intended to demonstrate her accent, it almost lost me.

I am interested in how it all turns out. I'm heading to the 2nd book. Happy Reading!

Nice Read!

I really enjoyed reading this book! I feel it had a great story line! But Aiden has some big issues and a temper to go along with it! I think everyone who reads this book will enjoy it! I am a big fan of Sienna Mud and she never fails! I gave her 4 Stars because of the few errors I found, otherwise, I will definitely recommend this book to others!

Biden's Big Win

What an incredibly modern day interracial love story, with twists, suspense. I enjoyed reading about Aiden, Daisy and Pete's love triangle. Little Amy is blessed to have two daddies. Will there be a third book to this story?

Decent read

Kind of reminds you of indecent exposure with Demi Moore and Woody Harrison. They went to vegas to win money for their house.

Drama!!!

I could not put this book down, well I did a couple of times but within 5 to 10 minutes went straight back to it!! I loved and felt for Pete so much!!! Daisy was a bitch! With a capital B, Aiden well how can I describe him, obsessive, selfish, self-centeredness, uncaring and a bit of a bully, how did you get me to feel for this character Sienna Mynx, well done on your writing skill. The twist and trysts to this storyline was unbelievable, I screamed and shouted, felt heavy hearted nearly crying at one point, also WTF in awe all throughout reading this book!! You definitely had me invested in your character's lives. I really, really wanted Pete to come out on top, he was and is my favourite character in this book and I am so glad that you wrote in a nice girl for him which he deserves, but why did you need to mess with him again especially concerning those two main hero and heroine, they really deserve each other, I just found her so selfish, I did not really have compassion or empathy or sympathy for Daisy even at the end of this 2nd sequel.
Well written, splendid plot, it had me hooked all the way I was enthralled, anxious and gripped right thru the end of this sequel, I do not think it needed to have another bit to it but as you have taken the time to write another sequel to this book I will buy but not in a hurry to buy as I believe you have exhausted any more plot to Daisy, Aiden story but I hope you haven't fucked with Pete and his life as I believe he has had enough shit to deal with especially concerning those two so called main characters!! They just seem to be winner's to me always coming out on top!!!
Please tell me why for 300 pages your book is going to cost £5.99! I will rate that book more harshly because of the price so it better be damn good if not better than this book!!!!

So I went in to this knowing that there was at least one additional book in this story. That being said, this story was not at all what I was expecting. I wasn't even sure how to classify it. There is nothing romantic about it in my opinion. If that's your thing, you probably don't want to take this journey. It's definitely nowhere near the worst I've ever read. The three main characters -- Daisy, Pete and Aiden -- are all tremendously flawed. I usually enjoy flawed characters but they were so flawed it just made me dislike them all. I wanted to root for the heroine and someone...whether it was the person she was going to be with or not, but I really wasn't. I honestly felt like they all needed a therapist's couch. I kept waiting for redemption for somebody...anybody...but it never came. The characters just plug away through this indecent proposal scenario lying to themselves and each other.

I still hold out hope that when we are less focused on the actual indecent proposal aspect that it will develop more and since I knew there was more to the story when I started, Daisy's Choice by Sienna Mynx is next on my to-read list.

No real substance or emotion, just smut.

I wonder what this whorish heroine thought would happen after she slept with that creep. Did she really think Pete would just accept it no matter what he agreed to? go back to the way things were before she sold herself and allowed her self to be sold. Stupid chick.

She sure didn't have to agree.
The creeps vow of caring about her could not be real, after all, they didn't know each other any amount of time to care that deeply or know what the other is all about. It was sex plain and simple, that's all they had, a one night stand really.

The thing is she didn't sleep with him because she was hungry, homeless or had a sick or dying relative she needed to help, no kids to support.

To me the creep isn't hot, he's a creepy pervert who uses the excuse of his past to do some jacked up shit.

Damn, I want to keep supporting interracial romance authors, but it's hard when most of them are written porn. I am so happy there is Rae Lori and authors like her who don't forget those of us who actually want romance, deep emotional romance, that grabs at your every emotion and leaves you believing in love.

Main characters go through the trouble of learning the differece between loving someone and being in love with someone. Pete and Daisy are young lovers that leave their home town in search of something better. Once stepping out of their comfort zone they are plagued with adult situations that test their love (love for each other and love of life). Enter Aiden and the three go on a journey through life. So strap on your seatbelts and buckle up for the ride of their lives.

This is truely one of the best romance novels that I have read of late. This is a well thought out and written book, the characters are well defined and the sex is off the chain. This book is Indecent Proposal in written format but ooohhh soooo much better than the movie. The ending has yet to be concluded and had me routing for Pete even after he treated Daisy the way he did.
