Starts with a short biography of Yamashita's life and competitive history. He gives his mentality and philosophy for training and competing.
The book contains the main and set-up techniques/combinations he used in his competitions.
The book has some variations of Osoto-Gari which are not found in any other book (not even his Masterclass Osoto-Gari book)
