Even though this book is, ostensibly, for those who want to build mass to their body, I found the information in this book to be of incredible quality and value to those just trying to understand how the body interacts with the food it consumes. There's tons of great metrics, solid science, and enough information to get you anywhere from lean and mean, to massively cut, to Mr. Universe. Excellent book, and a must-read for those serious about nutrition.

im a nutritionist and I found this book so intresting and full good informations, it's not boring as other books. easy language and the information flow in nice order. thnks for the author . nice work
