After living a checkered past, and despite an avowed disinterest in domesticity, multi-published author Anya Richards settled in Ontario, Canada, with husband, kids and two cats who plot world domination, one food bowl at a time. Having trained the humans around her to recognize the ‘Do Not Disturb’ vibes she gives off when writing, she’s still trying to get the cats to honor her need for space. The suspicion is that they perfectly understand, but choose those moments when she’s most engrossed to once more prove who wears the pants in the house.
so far, i read 2 out of 4 stories... They are poorely written, the language is weird, characters shallow and sketchy, and NOTHING is erotic ... It's hard to find eroticism in a story when it is told using words such as "quim" and "bollocks" > gross...
ok, 3 out of 4 stories... the wolf story was kinda hot, but again - unrealistic and too "blaah" > he is a warewolf or something (it is never clarified exactly what he is), him and his people can read minds (STUPID!) and can't be killed unless decapitated (or have their heart taken out), yet she (up to then just a mortal girl) thinks that she should be taking the bullet (er...arrow) for him?! He is invincible, why get killed trying to protect him from an arrow??! Secondly, if HE can read minds, how come he didn't read her father's mind about the betrayal and attack ?! He kept reading her mind , which is how she was warning him about her father's treachery, so why not just read her father's mind instead?!?!?!?! All over the place... Just writing hot sex scenes does not a book make...
Lastly, i've finally finished the Snow White story > gross. The whole dwarf and homosexuality aspect was not for me...
