I was impressed by the detail that Jay put into this on all of the issues. Jay's main topics were: strengthening your mind, defending your faith, maintaining accountability, and finding/following your purpose in life without fear. I love reading new ways to defend what I believe and finding out ways to always keep myself with the advantage. It is a relatively short read so it doesn't take much time to get through it, but it can take a little bit longer to wrap your mind around some of the knowledge he supplies you with. I would suggest it to any Christian for sure.
