It's really cool to see Alex Milne's artwork at this stage; despite some of the reprehensible things he's gone on to draw in recent years, he is still a very important artist in the history of transformers comics. I appreciated the insight into the early draft of the story, and find some humor in the sequences that were clearly finished as this comic was plotted. This was a very fun nostalgia trip to 2007, when we were soaked with marketing materials and optimism for how great everything in this new storytelling universe would really be.

Transformers: Movie Adaptation is a graphic novel made up of 90 pages by Robert Orci, Alex Kurtzman, and John Rogers. It takes place in Qatar and the United States of America. It is about a war between robots and humans, in which the most evil of the robots, Megatron, and his fellow robots are in search of an allspark that could take over the entire universe. However, one of the robots becomes friends with a young boy, and so more robots join in on the humans' side against Megatron. They eventually defeat Megatron, ending the war forever, bring peace to the earth. The book was easy to understand, however I found it a little boring. I didn't even like the movie much, since I'm not much into fictional stories, movies, or graphic novels.

This was great entertainment, a visual companion to the hit movie. The story is told in a subtle abridged way, and much less details are dished out, but the whole concept is still there and the fun of it all exists.

Great graphics and dialogue, it's the kind of story that makes everyone wish they had friends who were giant robots.

Finally giving them a real reason to be diguised, I give good praises to the plot (barring one big "too convenient" plot point). Unfortunately, the art leaves a lot to be desired, and it's very hard to tell what's happening a lot.
