The sacred Flower of Life pattern, the primary geometric generator of all physical form, is explored in even more depth in this volume, the second half of the Flower of Life workshop. The proportions of the human body, the nuances of human consciousness, the sizes and distances of the stars, planets and moons, even the creations of humankind, are all shown to reflect their origins in this beautiful and divine image. Through an intricate and detailed geometrical mapping, Drunvalo Melchizedek shows how the seemingly simple design of the Flower of Life contains the genesis of our entire third-dimensional existence. From the pyramids and mysteries of Egypt to the new race of Indigo children, Drunvalo presents the sacred geometries of the Reality and the subtle energies that shape our world. We are led through a divinely inspired labyrinth of science and stories, logic and coincidence, on a path of remembering where we come from and the wonder and magic of who we are.
Finally, for the first time in print, Drunvalo shares the instructions for the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation, step-by-step techniques for the re-creation of the energy field of the evolved human, which is the key to ascension and the next dimensional world. If done from love, this ancient process of breathing prana opens up for us a world of tantalizing possibility in this dimension, from protective powers to the healing of oneself, of others and even of the planet.
Embrace the examined vision and understanding that Drunvalo offers to the world. Coincidences abound, miracles flourish and amazing stories of mysteries unveiled arise as the author probes the Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life.
Drunvalo is the author of four books including The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life, Volumes I & II, Living in the Heart and his newest one, Serpent of Light. These books have been published in 29 languages and reach out to over one hundred countries throughout the world. He has been on television and the internet, and written about in magazines, newspapers and books all over the world. Having left the United States over 280 times, Drunvalo is a world traveler helping people understand their intimate connection to God. Drunvalo is the first person in the world (in modern times) to mathematically and geometrically define the human body light body called in ancient times the Mer-Ka-Ba. Drunvalo graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in fine arts. He also has a minor in physics and math with only one quarter to finish his degree. He lives in Sedona, Arizona with his loving wife Claudette. He has six grandchildren.
Not only do we have this book in our home library, but I also took Flower of Life workshops in 2000. This was a solid way to not only learn the meditation but also to really "get" it and have it soak in. It is a fabulous meditation and that week was phenomenal for me and one of the most transformational weeks of my life. The meditation itself is powerful, and I felt the effect as well as saw it. I now experience life from a different perspective. Thank you, Drunvalo.
I highly recommend at the very least, that anyone interested in meditation read Volume 1 & 2 of The Ancient Secret of the Flower of life and if possible, find a workshop and do attend. You will not regret it.
I have to give it to Drunvalo, he's really put himself out there. The book is not bad. It's a little all over the place and one definitely should read book one before they attempt volume 2. That's usually how it works anyway, but just in case someone wanted to "skip ahead" and you're not already familiar with this type of material, you'll want to begin at the beginning. Now, that being said... a lot of what Drunvalo shares in this series is based on his own experience, a lot of information from his angels and guides (the ancient Egyptian god/man Thoth Hermes Trismegistus whom only he could see and imparted much of the sacred geometry). I'm not doubting angels or spirit guides of ascended beings/masters, I have worked with a few of them myself, but SOME of the information in terms of how and when things are/were supposed to take place are a bit suspect. So, take it all with a grain of salt that which sounds a bit "prophetic" but the math and science (more of DM's strong points I feel) are good info. Also, realize that these books were put together and published back in the late 90's/early 2000. We've come a long way even since then. But it's a good review and a provides a good peak into the mind of a Melchizedek.
I was hoping to more from these books than I did. . . .an interesting starting point. . .too heavy into sacred geometry. . .shallow content in other areas. . .too "new-agey" for me. This is for both volumes.
Drunvalo is a fucking awsam guy! All this crazy staf about piramyds, extraterrestials, energi flow, sacred geometry and consciousness, consciousness, consciousness! If everything he wrote about is true then its ... awsam! I'm inspired and want to know more!
Summary: Much better than volume 1, IMO, but still written in a format that will not be for everyone. That said, this piece has a strong root bridging science back into the spiritual. It just seems that Melchizedek is gifted with knowledge but not necessarily mass communication at this point in his life.
This book continues the 2nd volume of this 2 volumes series that I would say is dedicated to a particular view point of divine shapes. You will like this series if you are already studying Divinci or if you are just someone who is drawn to new age thinking. These shapes show up in nature as well as in most religious art.
So Volume 2 goes a bit more into these shapes in particular focusing on the Mer-Ka-Ba (Merkaba) which is the most powerful spiritual white light shape. This is essentially the 3D version of the Star of David. There is great power in this shape, mostly because of it's many faces and what that light energy can do to refract the god power within all of us.
He does talk about spirits, other dimensions and alien races. Look, I get that most people are going to think all this sounds nuts. For me, within madness is some insight or truth to be garnered. Since I am very sensitive to negative and positive energy, it is very easy for me to take away just the portion of the shapes, particularly those within crystals and what I might do with them to help manage this sensitivity. Additionally the work with mediation, and mediation with different crystals and shape energy are intriguing to me.
I do like the stories of healing that he provides, but I can def see how this might become offensive if your belief system is antagonistic to it.
Overall, I'm glad I read this book b/c I know a lot of people who have and at least I understand where they stand and what is a part of their psyche. Not all of them are into every word, but the stuff that is more application based (mostly in Volume 2) is relevant. I do think there have been a lot more books since that speak to application of the concepts.
First-and-foremost, I recommend reading this book with an open-mind and let go of any tendencies to search for, interpret, favor, and recall information in a way that confirms one’s preexisting beliefs or hypotheses (confirmation bias).
I thoroughly enjoyed both volumes but number two was far more enlightening than the first. As mentioned in my review of volume one, if you’re not seeking to expand your consciousness outside your indoctrinated belief system then you may want to pass on this book, it may make you feel very uncomfortable in a metaphysical sense.
The first volume was full of theories explaining sacred geometry which slowed the pace a little, especially if you are more right brain (emotional aspect) dominant versus left brain (the logical aspect). However, volume two Drunvalo really intensifies the pace by meshing everything together. He also provides fantastic overview of the Mer-Ka-Ba, the human light body and dedicates an entire chapter to the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation, giving step-by-step instructions to activate your individual light body. In addition to these important instructions, I also thoroughly enjoyed the chapters discussing the Left Eye of Horus Mystery School, the three levels of self, and the dimensional shift. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking to connect with their higher self and transcend this luciferin reality we live in.
After reading volume 1 I just had to know where it was heading, the second book goes into detail with sacred geometry which is very interesting and the Merkaba, how ever at times it simply looses it`s velocity and ends flat(sorry about the spoiler) but then again that is my opinion and need for a firm conclusion to this two volume set
Drunvalo Melchizedek's "Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life" made a huge impact on me and was one of the works that kick started my spiritual journey. I do not trust Drunvalo at all, though. Worth reading if you have an open mind and are spiritually thirsty
Currently reading and rereading an rereading. Te reader has to do his own supplemental research on the topics written about in these books. Quite deep!!!

I have watched all spirit science work before reading this, knowing that most of the work on the "Human history movie" was based on these books, I didn't think I would need to read them, the books were with me for 3 years untill I finally decided to read them. And oh my! How much I was mistaken thinking that spirit science movie would cover all of this knowledge that Drunvalo shared. I am so thankful for both of them the spirit science have done a great job with movie and same goes for the book, if you haven't watched the spirit science work go and check it also, it could excite you for this book. For ever grateful for Drunvalo 🙏 for sharing all of this at that time! I wish I would had the chance to attend one of his courses. Am sure the world will still offer so many magical experiences, and opportunities for growth. ✨ Much love 💜
I read volume one, and this book is more in depth - although some of the equations got me stumped, I'm still sure it resonates with truth as far as it can on this plane of existence. Great books - Vol 1 & 2. How can we deny what is clearly imprinted deep in our consciousness and on monuments from thousands of years ago?
Readers will have been intuitively guided towards hearing the message contained within this book. The best thing for me was how everything coalesced into a proverbial "hitting of the nail on the head"; Not just Drunvalo's message in and of itself, but more about how it interlinks with everything else that I've experienced and researched over the past decade. It's truly nothing short of a gift.
So much knowledge in this book yet so much love. Highly recommended for anybody who are interested in finding out the meaning of your life, the universe and the future.
Es un libro lleno de información. Seria bueno tener una actualización de este libro por parte del escritor. Han pasados varios años desde que se escribió. Así y todo es muy bueno.
Looking back, Drunvalo is the best new age guy out there. Of course, the credibility is null; but some of the most awe-inspiring stories and meditations have been seeded and watered in me by him.
My brother let water damage ruin my signed copy... thing turned into a raisin D'X
Excellent follow up to his first book...Mr. Melchizedek describes more aspects of the secrets of the flower of life. A bit out there but interesting and fun to read.
All in all this book is very interesting and opens your mind to new ideas and new evaluations in life. I was very spectacle about reading this book but I’m glad I took the time to read it. Though I am not a believer in Sacred Geometry or ever plan on being one it is a very interesting religion that has very different views then what I am use to, it brings up new concepts that I would never think of. The Merkaba and its meditation is a cool and fascinating thing, or at least it sounds like it, I personally don’t care for any type of meditation because I don’t have the patience for it. I would say if you are up for new ideas or just bored looking for a good book to read then I would take a look at this book, but if you are not looking for a new religion or hate long reads don’t get this book because it will drag on and your mind will start to wander. I would give this book a solid 3.5 out of 5 for keeping me interested and not being to bland.
I've enjoyed reading this book even though there were some chapters Drunvalo wrote that made me feel like I was trapped in some terribly confusing dimension with numbers and geometry I didn't understand. I believe I'll understand it more once I study the math behind sacred geometry from different books. When I read this book again, (more than likely I will), it will make more sense. Drunvalo wrote some incredibly interesting topics regarding ancient Egyptian mystery schools, the Indigo children, the world shifting into the fourth dimension, the Mer-Ka-Ba meditation, and so on. If you're interested in esoteric, non-mainstream subjects like this, this is the book for you. Make sure you read volume one first!
This is the second half of the Flower of Life Workshop and a continuation of the first volume. We learn more about the MerKaBa what I found very interesting. The MerKaBa is an energy field around every person and Drunvalo tells us how to activate it and how to use it for ascension into the next dimensional world. It´s a fascinating concept and again you have to decide for yourself it this book can help you to get more insight into life and hidden universes of if it is just a book destined for your trash can…
This book sits with me so well. I can cope with almost anything he said and it makes so much logic. I am finally able to have a way better picture of how world works in may aspects including history, chemistry, geometry, physics, biology, sexuality, occult, healing and many many more. This is literally the part of a New Earth. Only problem is that he comes from very male aspect so its sits with your rationality, other female part is kept mostly in slef-help books as Eckhart Tolle or Neale Donald, also important part. But still amazing in anyway.
I enjoyed this a lot and on quite a few levels, including ironically :). It made me laugh that after reading chapter after chapter of outrageous stories, Drunvalo manages to top himself toward the end by prefacing a story with "this might hurt my credibility".
