This book is great for players who want to get better, like me. This book gave me ideas I have never had before. I'm looking to make my own plan, with the help of this book, this week.

I wanted to read this book because I was in training myself. I felt that by learning more about weight training and ways to get better in basketball, it would make for an interesting read. I liked reading the book because there were many pictures and tables that made it easy to choose a training program. I think it is pretty hard to choose a program no matter what because your body has to be developed and ready to take on the punishment.
I learned a few things about weight training and proper training from this book. I found that I was highly interested and would like to read more books about training, perhaps books more in depth so that I can learn to be a master in this field. I still train regularly but try to incoporate more science and more exercises.
