Good Teeth Birth to Death The Prescription for Perfect Teeth

Good Teeth Birth To Death

by Dr. Gerard F. Judd, Ph.D.

Have you ever seen the skulls that are dug up over 500 years old and they still have their teeth? Amazing isn't it. One reason for this is that our ancestors didn't have the diets we now subject ourselves to. They lived off what nature provided, which was healthy and lifegiving.

This book was written to bring everyone the secret of how to have strong, non-decaying teeth throughout their life. The author is a research chemist with an extensive background in chemistry, industrial research, and cancer research, plus other alocades.

Of most interest is the small section regarding the minerals and vitamins one needs to take on a daily basis to keep the teeth strong and viable. Even if teeth and gums are damaged and diseased, following this routine should restore, according to the book, damaged teeth and gums. It's worth a try if you are one of the millions with teeth and gums eaten away by our modern diets and foods (even if you have good sound teeth and gums and want to keep them that way).

I now place in everyone's hand the complete answer to tooth cavities. Following this procedure there will not be one more cavity, one more gingivitis case, or one more fluorosed, brittle, cracked tooth in the world. Bad teeth in Ireland, Canada, the USA, Britain, Australia and New Zealand will now be curbed. The 55-year fight with fluoride promoters (dentists) in these countries is over since research now establishes for certain that fluoride makes the teeth WORSE and not better (refs 1,2,3). My book, Good Teeth, Birth to Death lays out in no uncertain terms all the detail to achieve my claims.

I have talked to thousands of people about their teeth, many of whom have perfect teeth. In all those cases of perfect teeth, the practice of rinsing while eating has been the reason, and not fluoride. I am convinced that perfect teeth have little or nothing to do with genetics. The best way to have perfect teeth besides staying away from greedy or incompetent dentists is to pursue the following behavior ...

The author Judd is a chemistry professor that has studied the effects of different chemicals on teeth. He has worked in the chemical industry and knows that fluoride is a dangerous nerve poison that can adversely affect one's health. It also prevents your teeth from re-enamelizing themselves. Judd is also against the dental industry (ADA) & our government which really protects the status-quo. He made comments about how the dentists in America are part of a price-fixed cartel that does not operate on the free market to keep prices low. He says there is cheaper dentistry in Mexico. Dr. Hulda Clark often talked about dental care in Mexico.

Gerald Judd recommends using bar soap to brush your teeth & avoiding all toothpastes, even "natural" ones because they all contain glycerin which in turn, traps acids on the teeth.

He also recommends vitamin therapy by taking large doses of vitamin C (ascorbic acid mixed with baking soda to make "Sodium Ascorbate), Vitamin D, calcium, and monosodium phosphate in it to keep your teeth strong. The teeth are actually made of calcium phosphate, so it stands to reason that the calcium and monosodium phosphate is good to take everyday. He says you should rinse your mouth out after drinking acid drinks such as fruit juice that wear teeth out. Avoid all sodas and colas, because they will leach the phosphate from teeth.

This is a good book for anyone wanting to learn about natural tooth care without fluoride. The book is more like a pamphlet and reads like a research report. Not a great reading experience, but it does get to the point with helpful information.

I use Miracle II Soap for brushing.

Unsure, I'll reread it, but it does make sense. In order to have great teeth you must be sure to replenish the nutrients that your teeth need to stay in top shape.

Brushing teeth with soap is not that bad. I would do it if toothpaste were unavailable.

I could not confirm some of the claims with my own re-search, and some of the conclusions were flawed. There was a lot of conspiracy talk, which I could not confirm as well.

I do not put much faith in the validity of medical studies, especially when some businesses stand to gain or lose by its results. However, only by carrying on the same tradition of low standards of test design, methodology, inference, and conclusion does this book assert its viewpoint.
