Haven't had a breakup in years, but the title caught my eye (old Diana Ross song). Good read on how to process emotions in meaningful way, especially when you're left with a lot of questions eating you up inside.

Seeing a breakup from another perspective is so helpful to understanding one's own.
There was great care in this book, addressing many facets of the feelings you have after a breakup.
Very well structured and definitely something that should be read overtime. Each part addressing separate feelings that might not be as well absorbed in a quick manner. I read each part on different days so I could see how each part reflected me individually.
