Awesome!

This was my first experience with audio books and it was so realistic!
I read it (sorry, heard it) at bedtime after putting the little one to sleep- that's the 'me' time when you really want to enjoy reading but don't have the energy for it! This one provided fodder for that tired brain and did not trouble the tired eyes too. And most of all, one can get never get wrong with Sherlock Holmes.

Along with the voice of the actors, we have background sounds as well - the clang of the falling lamp, the gallop of the horses while the investigators are sitting in carriages, the crackle of the fire providing warmth in Holmes's home and the calming music of the violin to indicate a change of scene or end of story!

There are six radio drama stories in this collection of 4 CDs. Just be armed with headphones and enjoy solving 6 mysteries!

Warning: It's not a good idea to listen to this while cooking, you'll forget whether you put in salt or sugar. :P
