The book helped me understand clearly and deeply the necessity to go through diseases and painful events during life in order to grow spiritually. It seems that without such hard situations we tend to go towards involution rather than evolution. I also liked that besides theoretical explanations, the book also provides a series of practical exercises designed to heal the chakras / diseases. A very interesting book.

I took a class with Christine Page and was very impressed. This is a book to use as a resource for looking up dis-eases and their corresponding chakras.
