I picked up this book at a “library free pile”or something like that. I didn’t have much hope for it since it’s an old book. But I’ll say that I was pleasantly surprised with the multiple data sources in it. And the photography is a nice companion to the chapters. While I would necessarily recommend this book for everyone. But if you like cool looking science books to have on your bookshelf this is a small yet flamboyant book you should consider if you find it.

This book was pretty decent as far as interesting facts and knowledge extends, but as far as the context goes, it wasn't very well written. I thought it was pretty fascinating about how it expresses things that would be happening in the future, that are currently happening. This is because the book was written in 1991, and it speaks of how amazing things will be in the 2000's, yet these things haven't occurred. One thing I do like about this boook though, is that it expresses to keep an open mind when speaking about futuristic concepts, as well as UFO's and so fourth.

Overall, 3 out of 5 stars.
