Tiene algunos tips interesantes para destrabar los atascos, pero en general tiende a usar lenguaje tan rebuscado sin explicar muchos elementos para aplicarlos, los da por entendido

If you've read a lot of Deming and Goldratt this isn't packed with surprises, but it could be useful for those not already familiar.
