2.5 When I was a child I absolutely loved this book for its mystery. I don't enjoy it much now, as I did with other re-read from my childhood. However I don't wanna be too severe : at least it had the merit to be a book I liked reading when I was a child (and God knows I was picky in terms of reading) . But it does not carry the deepness, poetry or philosophy that one can find in The Story of a Seagull and the Cat Who Taught Her to Fly or in La rivière à l'envers - Intégrale . The latter never get old.

L'arrivo dello sciacallo

Un ottimo esempio di narrativa d'intrattenimento per ragazzini.
Senza urlare chiaramente al miracolo, la storia viene narrata con un un ritmo moderatamente serrato e vivacchia sulla classica minaccia del body-count.
Molto buono lo scioglimento finale.

Bonjour, je m’appelle Sophie, j’ai 10 ans, j’ai trouvé ce livre très suspect. Mais il y avait quelques mots que je ne connaissais pas. De temps en temps certains chapitres n’était pas très intéressants.

L'ho riletto a distanza di anni, e forse mi è piaciuto più della prima volta. Anche se breve è ben strutturato, e si vede che ero ossessionata con Anubi fin da piccola.
