Sunward: The Inner System details the inner regions of the solar system, from habitats in the solar corona to transhumanity's largest population centers on Mars. Stations and plot seeds are provided for each of the inner worlds and the factions that occupy them. Background and information on the Planetary Consortium, the most powerful political and economic force in the solar system, is also provided.
This is a well put together sourcebook for Eclipse Phase's inner solar system: the mines of Mercury, the aerostats of independent Venus, the ruins and mysteries of Earth, the dystopian refugee-choked settlements of cislunar space, and the emerging shiny neo-cyberpunk future that the Planetary Consortium is trying to create on a fast-terraforming Mars. Recommended for flavour, and for the interesting ideas--Venus, in particular, is an interesting achievement.
This is Fantastic sourcebook material. The never-before-revealed details about the current state of the Planet Earth are excellent. The treatments for Mars and Venus are superb, especially as concerns the little explained Barsoomian Rebel movement and The Morningstar Constellation. It's expose of the history of Lunar colonization and the TITAN disaster that occurred there is fodder for countless adventures. All in all, until I read Sunward, this was my favorite sourcebook of the series.
Expands on the setting material found in the core book. Covering from the Sun to Mars, this goes into more detail on the state of the inner solar system in the 22nd Century. Nearly 14 years old now, it doesn’t seem dated to me.
Podręcznik źródłowy do gry fabularnej Eclipse Phase, opisujący planety wewnętrzne Układu Słonecznego. Podczas naszej podróży odwiedzamy habitaty okołosłoneczne, Merkurego, Wenus, Ziemię, Marsa oraz stacje pomiędzy nimi. Każda z planet ma swój własny koloryt, ciekawe miejsca, tajemnice do rozwiązania. Oferują różnorodne tło do szerokiego wachlarza przygód.
