Death: The Ultimate Orgasm?

Rate this book
What happens when we die is something that has haunted humanity since the dawn of time. Is there an existence of any kind after death? Or is death the end of everything? No one knows for certain, but there are some clues - and maybe even answers - to be found in the new book DEATH - The Ultimate Orgasm? in which the author, Mike Agostini, tells many amazing stories about near-death experiences (NDEs), out-of-body experiences (OBEs), after-death communications (ADCs), and other unusual occurrences of the kind that are often called spiritual, psychic, occult and paranormal. If there is indeed existence of some kind after someone dies, then what about reincarnation, and therefore previous lives? Interesting information about these topics is also found in this fascinating 352-page book. The author also delves deeply into the history of some of the ideas and beliefs about life, but especially death and what many call the afterlife, thus life after death. Stories are told by or about many prominent people, including some very well-known Australians. Sports stars like Golden Girls *Betty Cuthbert and *Marjorie Jackson, tennis great *John Newcombe, paraplegic channel swimmer and Hawaii Ironman competitor *John Maclean are all in this book, as are prominent people from many other walks of life, like the late, great and still lamented heart transplant surgeon *Dr Victor Chang, Australia's richest person, multibillionaire *Kerry Packer, former Liberal Party leader and Federal Minister *Tony Staley, bookmaker *Bill Waterhouse, former New South Wales Chief Justice and Lieutenant Governor *Sir Laurence Street, eminent medical scientist and gynaecologist *Professor Malcolm Coppleson, and fabulous charity fundraiser and former society A-list leader, the late *Amana Finley. Stories are also told about world-famous individuals, both past and present, including great Greek philosophers and scientists like *Plato and *Pythagoras, who both believed in and taught about life after death.

Near-death experiences are an interesting topic. However, the author tends to ramble on about irrelevant information (like how he met people). I wanted to read about people's experiences, but I feel like a lot of this book is filler and ramblings that should have been edited out.
Between short chapters and the interesting topic, the book was tolerated by my ADHD
