As an esthetician, it's good to keep tuned in to what the experts are saying. I use the author's skincare line at my job, and I like it a lot. So far it's different from most "skin expert" books because the author is a chemist, so he understands ingredients and what makes a cream do what a bit better than a dermatologist. All the same, I find myself skimming through parts I'm already aware of, like, "Blah blah, stay out of the sun, blah blah, don't smoke, blah blah, eat your vegetables, blah."
With all due respect this book is from a chemist who believes in mineral oil and petrolatum. I was truly not impressed. Some tips here and there are helpful
