Snuggle Bunny

Rate this book
It can be hard to convince kids to go to sleep when they're convinced that they're missing out on all the fun after bedtime. But when a soft, snuggly bunny is involved, bedtime can be fun, too! With a bunny puppet that parents can animate and adorable animal illustrations, Snuggle Bunny is a treat for every kid getting tucked in.

Snuggle Bunny puts away his toys, brushes his big fluffy ears, and gives bedtime hugs, encouraging kids reading to do the same (though of course they'll be brushing their teeth, not their big fluffy ears!) And as he snuggles up tight and closes his eyes, kids will, too.

With Snuggle Bunny , kids will learn that having to go to bed isn't so bad if you get to do it with a bunny!

This is one of two bedtime books I regularly read to Little Man. Snuggle Bunny is nice and soft and fluffy, and you can even rotate him. The story would be useful to get Little Man prepared for bed when he's older and can actually understand it. The corners of the book are a bit sharp for babies, although I suppose it was designed with older toddlers in mind. Funny thing is, Little Man shows a preference to his other bedtime read, the Sleepy Kittens story from Despicable Me.

My 3 year old saw this book and cried everyday for a week, he just had to have it. He's usually fine with a no, but he loves rabbits and books and this really is one of the most adorable books we have read. It's a lovely short bedtime story, with lovely illustrations and a cute cuddly bunny hand puppet. What isn't to love. Currently the bedtime favourite with plenty of smiles and snuggles.

Again my 6mo old niece is not overly into stories (yet), but she was pretty fond of the ears on this puppet. I believe I changed the bunny's gender here as well.

At almost 2 she requested I read her this book and was much more engaged in the puppet waving and yawning and the story in general.

Jacob says “hop hop hop” when he sees the bunny & he brushed bunny’s teeth at bedtime, saying “broo” for brush.
Age: 11 months old

Jacob loved watching the puppet & as if on cue “rubs his sleepy eyes” and Jacob did the same as he was tired!

My gran girls loved this soft bunny puppet in a book story--seemed to be well made for lots of nighttime, getting ready for bed, cuddling.
