The Okefenokee Swamp is a huge peat filled swamp located in Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida. It is literally a zoo without fences. Don Berryhill has studied and worked in this swamp since the middle 1960's and teaches a class called Okefenokeeology. He teamed up with local photographer Wayne Morgan to put this hardcover book about the Okefenokee together. Wayne Morgan is an award winning photographer that is well known for not using photoshop on any of his work. This book has over 200 photographs of the wildlife, scenery, and plants taken by Wayne and Don has written interesting facts about each one. He has also included several pages of text with facts about the Okefenokee Swamp (Land of the Trembling Earth.)
