Vorið sem Hallgerður fermist verða þau tvö fermingarbörn sem skara fram úr í kristilegu hugarfari verðlaunuð með Parísarferð. Hallgerður ætlar sér að sigra og velur boðorðin tíu til að lifa eftir - þau eru svo sjálfsögð að það er næstum ómögulegt að brjóta þau. Eða hvað? Ef aðstæður eru manni sérstaklega andsnúnar og dómarinn óþarflega harður er kannski allt hægt! Enn ein sprenghlægileg saga úr smiðju Yrsu Sigurðardóttur.
