Ok, the other two weren't my favorites either but I bought this one anyway. It's quick, there are some editing errors, and absolutely no character development. And yet, I enjoyed it anyway. It's like one of the stupid movies you secretly enjoy watching, but never talk about with others. It was hard reading it sometimes because they would go from naked to dressed then they had to undress her from being naked. Or they would be kissing then one of them would have to lean in and kiss her. Just jarring because it made me have to rethink the mental picture in my head. Read it for a hot number, and forget any real development.

It short and smutty but... why do these women all want to get it on with brothers? That's the bit I really don't get. Has there ever been a real life woman who thought, wow, those three brothers turn me on, I'd like to see them committing incest. Which it basically is.

This is what I mean when I say it is unabashedly fantastic menage fiction. This isn't how people are built. You don't have an emotional breakthrough where you go from calling yourself a whore to having a polyandrous relationship with handsome, well-hung and well-off enough cowboy brothers, and flirting with another guy and his fiance. But, that's where the fantasy comes in; that's the magic of short format erotic fiction -- it allow us to put our internal church-lady on hold and imagine things that will never happen in real life without a dozen maragritas, or ecstasy. With erotica we can imagine ourselves floating in a pool having sex with our high school boyfriend at the start of a weekend of all the sex you ever wanted with orgasm after orgasm and well hung bachelors who worship everything about you and know what you need before you do (a flogging).
The "trick" of the writer of erotica is much like that of a writer of speculative fiction, to allow you to suspend disbelief by using a framework of reality and then decorating it with the stuff of fantasy; here sexual fantasy. And Devlin succeeds like the dickens. This is hot, and often even hotter. There's just one real porno moment when she relishes having one guy cum on her face. And, he's the kinder, gentler guy she used to confide in too. But other than that this is a hot read that will have you dreaming of Texas. I see myself reading more of these.

She hopes that she can get help without seeing any of the Kinzie brothers. But she not so lucky when Ezra Kinzie , the oldest brother and her ex from high school, pulls up in his pick-up truck in order to offer her a ride to his ranch so she can use the phone.
Little does Chrissi know, that her car breaking down is no surprise to the three brothers. It's only part one to their clever plan to "kidnap" her for the weekend to make her face that they all could have a happily ever after living together.
After a very hot and satisfied weekend with the brothers, Chrissi and brothers finally comes to terms with love for each other and makes plans for their life together as one big happy, sweaty family.

Three times to be exact. Chrissi is one lucky girl to find what she needs in the form of Ezra, Cade and Joshua Kinzie. The chemistry between all of the characters is so palpable one feels like they can touch it. Hell, taste it.

Great novella with all of the elements I look for. Chrissi was mentioned in a previous book with the Kinzie brothers and I couldn't wait to read her story. Chrissi dated Ezra back in high school, and flirted with his two brothers and seemed to have a playful relationship with them. After she reveals that she had fantasized about being with all three brothers, together, Josh works to make it happen. Except, they are all still in high school, and even though it was a pleasurable experience, Chrissi got super cold feet after. Worried what the town people might think if they realized she was with all 3 brothers, she let them go and ignored them for 7 years.
They brothers never forgot her and always knew she was the "one", and wanted her to be the wife to all three of them. They stage an abduction and bring her to their ranch for the weekend.
Delilah Devlin is great in that she has the perfect balance of dominance and tenderness, dialogue that feels real, and maybe because of the length of the stories, the emotions the characters admit to are just enough, not overly dramatized in the way some books have 100 pages of someone agonizing over agreeing to an alternate lifestyle. It's a good balance and I am really starting to like these shorter books.

After reading the blurb and excerpts when it first came out, I thought "I DEFINITELY HAVE TO HAVE THIS BOOK!" So finally I got to read it and while I liked it overall, I didn't love it. I really expected so much more out of it that, I found myself a bit disappointed half way through that the book really wasn't all I thought it was.
Having said this, I love Delilah Devlin's books and will definitely read more of her in the future.

The boys are back, and they have a fool proof plan to get the girl they let slip away 7 years ago. Poor Chrissi has no idea what she is up against but she gives in pretty quickly and accepts her fate easily
A quick read or love done wrong by those too young to know better and how different things are once they get a bit more life experience

Seven years ago Ezra Kinzie gave Chrissi Page exactly what she had fantasised about, then she left. With a plan and a little help from his brothers Josh and Cade, Chrissi is back in their house and they have the weekend to show her this is where she belongs or they'll lose her forever.

You meet these brothers in book 3. That book also talked about what happened with the brothers and Chrissy. Not much of a story mostly revolved around one weekend where they kidnapped Chrissy. Very steamy and sizzling with sex.

Very hot sex scenes. HEA isn't believable. The reason why she fled in high school after their foursome is because she cared what other people thought. You don't get over it by talking about it and over a weekend.
I felt the connection to Ezra and gradually with Cade but not really with Josh.

Usually I find this series so extremely steamy it's best not to read in public. But this one just didn't come across that way for me. So it was ok, not the best. I also struggle loving short stories like this, so I'm sure that was part of my rating too.

I love this authors books! I was not disappointed with this one at all! I want three super sexy cowboys to love me so much that they kidnap me to prove it! They are hot, dominant, yet give her the space and things she needs. Good story. Hot scenes, definitely a yummy book!
