The research question of this book is that how ownership affect company performance and what is the basis determinant. The study tests whether ownership dose have significant impact on company performance in China after analysis, integrating and empirical study. Moreover it was finally founded that whether the property right is clear would be the root cause of which ownership affecting company performance dramatically. That is to say the company which has a clear property right system enjoys more profitability than other has not.
