In these twelve lessons, the author tries to explain man's lawful appropriation of the supplies coming from God. If we understand and adjust our mind to the realm where these ideas and their electrical thought forms exist, we shall experience in our temporal affairs what is called prosperity. The prosperity doctrine started a long time ago. It is a feel-good, can-do approach to life which is beneficial as it tries to give us hope. It's something that has to be practiced like a religion which is difficult for most people to do.
Andreas Moritz was an author, lecturer, and practitioner in the field of alternative and integrative medicine.
He wrote over a dozen books on various subjects pertaining to holistic health, and much of his life's work has been dedicated to understanding and treating the root of causes of illness and helping the body to naturally heal itself.
He is most well known for his books The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush, Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation, and Cancer Is Not a Disease.
The content in this book is amazing. I love the idea of going back to our roots and looking at nutrition and the way our bodies work from the perspective of ancient Ayurvedic medical practices. I do have to warn you though, I don't think Dr. Moritz bothered to have anyone proofread this before it was published. I had to ignore an embarrassing number of missing or misspelled words. It didn't matter though. It was definitely worth reading!
Truly the 'health bible' for everyone who is interested in natural and alternative wellness approaches, as well as those inspired to take their health back into their own strong hands. In a word: magnificent! Thank you, Andreas!
GREAT BOOK- just know that it holds all the answers but I am a stubborn american who finds adapting to this way of life hard. I use many of the suggestions and truly cherish this book like gold.
A great book, so far. I wanted to wait until I passed the midpoint before posting a review, hence the delay.
I don't usually finish all the books I start, partly because after a while the ending / key message becomes predictable or banal. Not with this book. The only reason I haven't finished it yet is that I started taking meticulous notes on the various chapters of it. Some parts I reread as they are full of practical advice and quintessential information that eludes most health writers.
This isn't a very technical book, but it has enough technical details in various chapters to keep even the more detail-oriented people content.
Also, the book is targeted towards people with an open mind, so make sure you are ready to question your views on various health-related topics before embarking on this one.
Although I don't agree with everything the author states (e.g., the particular diet he recommends as a general lifestyle), I find the book very valuable and particularly useful for anyone who wants to explore alternative ways of tackling, and most importantly preventing health issues through detox and a truly healthy lifestyle.
well where do i start here, unfortunately i am the kind of person who becomes obsessed with every book i start reading and i can't not finish it,i was stuck reading this book for 3 weeks, and all i can say that it is a huge tome of pseudoscience unbaked claims and preposterous theories. especially in topics such as cancer and aids, the bottom line here is that is is a book that should be taken seriously at all, and if you are not a masochist book worm who has the will power to endure boring subjects, steer clear!!.
I came to this book via having done the gallbladder flush which was mostly successful for me. I was curious about this book and other tips he had, as a result. I agree with a lot of his theories, but a lot of his advice is just not practical for life today. The essence of this book and his points could easily have been narrowed down to 20 pages or less. I am glad I read it because it was informative, but I would urge people to use their own common sense in terms of application.
I think the authors were correct in their synopsis of the book calling it the health bible. I couldn’t agree more. There is very little mystery or surprise in health and illness when you realize it all comes down to observing natural principles of life. Eat what we are designed to eat, cleanse, rest. The body will take care of the rest.
La biblia de la salud. No he encontrado ningún otro libro tan completo como este, que revisa todos los aspectos para cuidarse, de manera integral. Un trabajo impresionante.
A great reference book to understand what’s happening in the body and to find natural remedies that are harmonious to life. It contains a lot of traditional knowledge (in particular Ayurveda) and information that’s hard to find online when using search engines or AI. While I might not agree with everything mentioned (e.g. liver flushes), this book has helped me a lot.

A very resourceful read on many causes of health issues and cures. I definitely learned a lot on longevity and rejuvenation from this book from pranayama exercises to liver cleanses.
