Pretty cool book - easy to read and understand. Of course, the best teacher is EXPERIENCE. Just go out there and be good to people - LISTEN to them - then you can have whatever you want. You can negotiate more effectively by Listening than anything else in the book. I don't understand how people can make whole books out of subjects that just take a few minutes to practice in real-time. Anyways...
