Although already 16 years old (an eternity when it comes to technology) it has quite a lot of usefull and actionable information and advice.
It has sections dedicated to setting up companies in the UK, UK and Australia, which probably is a bit outdated by now. And not interesting at all for the rest of the world.
I liked the interviews to company founders at the end. Of the 25 interviewed, about 2/3 have closed which is the best advice for to convinced that the path to fame and fortune is by bootstraping a software company.
Great, great book on how to start a small software company. I try and re-read this every year or so just for the motivation and insight that it brings.
