This collection of healthy recipes is the result of creating delicious entrees and desserts using only whole foods that are plant based. I enjoy preparing quick meals that are easy to prepare in minutes. I include fresh and frozen fruits, vegetables, and whole grains and try to avoid processed foods. My purpose is to encourage others to make healthy choices. 1 Thessalonians 5:11 Therefore, encourage one another, and build up one another, just as you also are doing.
