Apples: The Unit: A Focused Learning Complete Lesson Plan

An all-inclusive unit based on the theme of apples - a great fall or back-to-school lesson plan! This book includes daily activities with detailed instructions, worksheets and activities with full-color pages to photocopy and distribute to your class. The last section in the book contains a series of supplemental activities including vocabulary cards (nomenclature cards), and sequencing/patterns. All of these activities are designed with preschool and kindergarten children in mind and can be presented in a one-on-one homeschool setting, or a large class setting. The activity pages can be duplicated for your entire class, and suggestions for variations and advanced use of the hands-on activities are included where appropriate. This is a basic weekly outline that incorporates math, literacy, science, history and geography for and uses concepts that children at this stage should be learning or reviewing.
