Great! The workouts were awesome. He has full-color, easy to see pictures of each exercise with an outline for a beginner, intermediate, and advanced workout programs. The nutrition section is short, and his diet plan is different than anything I've ever seen, so I haven't tried it. But I give it a great rating based solely on the workouts.

One of my instructors used some of the exercises in here on me. Wow. Great book from what I saw.
