I was not able to read the first volume of this series as my library only had this volume. That being said, there was some great things to keep in mind in this one and there were plenty of great pictures to accompany the text on these intermediate Jujutsu techniques. This is a great one to reference on the shelf to practice the movements. If you are interested in Jujitsu, in its many forms, this is a good book to read through.

This book has great illustrations. The author makes sense and I learned a lot. I can’t wait to try these out the next time I roll.
