Time for an updated 'bio.'!

Things about me:
• I lived in 19 houses before I was 20 years old, and my family was not in the military.
• I started an animal/human welfare nonprofit that continues to operate and keep families together.
• For 8 years I owned a buy one, give one pet food brand that supported rescues & shelters across the country.
• Unsurprisingly, I have a thing for ‘special’ animals like my dog Chance, who was paralyzed in the back end, and my canine child Charlie, who was born blind. No animals will ever be hurt or killed in my books. (People are totally fair game.)
• Even though I’m not a tech bro, I lived in my warehouse for a year (not as cool as it sounds, btw).
• Before I ran away from home in LA and moved to Iowa, I worked with celebs.
• I used to have severe social phobia; now I’m a big-mouthed, opinionated beast.

My Rating: 3⭐️⭐️⭐️ entertaining and fun stars for a super short novella!!!

This is going to be super short and sweet - just like this novella. This is a little shortie from Sara Ennis who I love!!! I got this one for free from the mailing list and it follows a little tale from Rosie B. Rosie is one of the much loved Baden children from the Dollhouse series.

This written in true Ennis style - witty and funny and dark. This is nowhere near on par with her other stuff in terms of thrills but I think this clocked out at 30 or 40 pages max. Did I mention it was short 🤣

Also the other thing if you haven’t read the Dollhouse books then you won’t necessarily know who Rosie is but you might like her and want to go back - Be warned they are dark and troubling stories that will not suit everyone.

There is not too much to say other than I enjoy Sara’s writing, I enjoy her characters and this was a little bit of wicked fun. Thank you to Sara Ennis for a free copy of this short story. 💖

Rosie is a badass character, I love her dry wit, and I hope to read more about her in the future!

Is there a member of the Baden family who doesn't end up in danger ? Rosie is a bad ass girl with cocky personality, and I loved reading about her, even if only for a few small pages. Maybe we'll see more of her in the future ? I know I'd love it !

An absolute gem of a novella! From the first page to the last, the author weaves a tapestry of witty humor and suspense that keeps the reader on the edge of their seat. Each sentence crackles with energy, drawing you deeper into the story with every turn of the page. A must-read for anyone craving a delightful blend of laughter and intrigue. Five stars without a doubt!

This book made me so nervous. I saw the title, and instantly said "no" out loud. I love the Dollhouse series, and this book did not disappoint.

This is a novella based on the Duality Series. It was short, spunky and I enjoyed it
