This book could have been ghost written by Nancy Reagan. Just Say No! The Warriors are in Miami to see about a group called the Dragons who may try to take out "The Family." It seems that drugs, all kinds are legal and encouraged. Messed up people are all around. The pushers want to expand into new territories. That's when Blade says no.
