A very useful clearly written book. Good for the professional Chef, home cook, or even kids. One page recipe/instruction, the other page picture. I was initially intimidated, but an easy read and I really want to start cooking!

If its French or even close to french and chocolate, its in this book. I suspect the star rating system for difficulty is slightly warped. Many of these dessrts look hard to make but scrumptous.

French for “The Blue Ribbon” Le Cordon Bleu has thrived for 125 years and has now branched into hospitality.

This #chocolate edition is a baker’s dream. It shows Le Cordon Bleu’s “best way” to prepare classic and well-loved cocoa desserts with detailed step-by-step photos and techniques. It will inspire chefs and chocolate lovers to try out a recipe or tip.

Each page is filled with photos of sumptuous chocolate cakes, tarts, mousses, drinks, pastries, and decorations.

Since it’s French cuisine, whip out your cream, créme fraîche, butter, and eggs. Oh, sooo rich! Good thing looking and salivating are calorie-free!

Bon appétit!
