This is one of my favorite cookbooks. Everything in it is doable, with great instructions, and helpful tips. There are photos of most everything--which definitely puts me at ease when experimenting in the kitchen. I esp. recommend the recipe for cheese enchiladas--it's the best sauce I've ever had.
