Little cookbook I checked out from the library... I've copied a few of the recipes, but haven't made any of them yet. I'm always looking for new Korean recipes though! They seem good and fairly simple!
Really good introduction to common foods and basic preparation. I liked that there was some history and cultural information included and some discussion of which foods are typically prepared for holidays and festivals. I found a few recipes that are keepers.
