From Getting Shot to Taking Shots: The story of 07/1/17 and 07/24/18

Rate this book
I survived being shot on my motorcycle on July 1, 2017. This changed my life as I'm more aware of my surroundings. This was a random shot that struck my leg, but the scar remind me on a daily basis how blessed I am that God spared my life. On July 24, 2018, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Instead of relying on medicine to maintain my blood /sugar levels, I decided to take this opportunity to get healthy naturally by eating healthy and by exercising. This book will take you on a journey through my recovery from being shot and how I maintain a healthy A1C level after being diagnosed with diabetes.

What an interesting story. Barron Smith was riding his motorcycle one evening and was suddenly struck by a bullet. This freak accident (and his recovery) ultimately led to his diabetes diagnosis. I loved how the title lined up with the story.
