When they begin to compare notes on dreams they've had throughout their lives that seem very similar to one another, they realize their dreams include the haggard creature that is wanted for questioning regarding the attack. I couldn't put this down! I bought it a couple years ago, but hadn't read it until I had to reregister my nook and it popped up. I thought I'd just glance over it and pass it up, but once I started reading it I couldn't stop! The storyline is compelling and the twist in time is something I've considered quite a bit.
