If you have read the harmony series you know who Hilary is. Well this is her view. Let me say I got hooked on this like I did Inevitable where I was wanting more and didn’t want it to end.
You get to see Hilary back when she’s younger and how acted. You even get a glimpse of when her crush with Caleb starts. There is the love for her dad which is shown more in this book then others which was nice to see.
Of course Cassandra is in the books since she’s hers best friend. It’s nice to see how Hilary is so protective of those she loves. She pushes Cassandra to try to find love again with Logan, Ms. match maker.
Hilary’s crush Caleb came back to town but there is a hidden past he don’t want even her to find out about. When Hilary stumbles upon it everything changes. What you might ask? Well that’s for you to read as you’ll be gasping and wanting more. It was so much emotion that I couldn’t stop reading as needed to know what was going to happen.
Angela hasn’t lost her touch this book was amazing as gave insight to past but also info needed to see more about Hilary. It could be read before Inevitable and still understand Hilary’s story.

We've been waiting a long time for Caleb and Hilary's story but let me say its definitely been worth it!!!
Caleb has lots of skeletons in his closet but the chemistry he has with Hilary was amazing you just read page after page hoping they get through all the twists and turns of their lives to finally be together and for those who have read the Harmony Series Cassasndra and Logan are also a big part of this story too.
A fab 5 stars from me. Angela Graham is certainly back with a bang!!

July 7, 2018This was pure gold we all fell in love with harmony through logan and cassandra and those closest to them and in inferno we get the tale of caleb and hilary, my god what a read secrets and more secrets that come out in this will have eating up the chapters. Well done angel Graham, I can not wait for more

Caleb and Hillary are a dynamic duo. It is so great to see Hillary with her dad, their relationship is so unique. It is also great to see her relationship with Cassandra and Logan.

I feel like I’ve waiting forever for this book, and it was so worth it, Angela Graham does not disappoints!!!
I love this series. Logan was always my favourite but Caleb omg I love him!!!

Well, that wait was DEFINITELY worth it!!! What a read full of twists and turns, secrets and a love I couldn't get enough of!!! I absolutely loved Caleb and Hilary and their story .... and that ending.....yesss!!!! And of course Cassandra and Logan, amazing to hear from them. It's so good to get these words from Angela again ❤

I was waiting for this story. I wanted to find out the backstory after reading about Hilary and Caleb in Logan and Cassandra's story. I really enjoyed this story from Hilary's POV. I just wish the author had finished this story since this book came out in 2018 and no further book has been issued. This has a big cliffhanger.

Why is Hilary so fucking annoying? Girl is all over the place, I mean I don’t expect her to have it all together but damn she’s a little bit of a selfish mess.
Caleb... meh! He runs hot and then cold. I’m getting whiplash with him and poor Hilary, who’s already a basket case, isn’t fairing well either.
Weird thing is, as much as the H/h aren’t doing it for me, I’m actually curious to see how the rest of this story goes.

Romance and Fantasy for Cosmopolitan Girls
Bentornati ad Harmony, la città dove i sogni diventano realtà.
Ho sbagliato inizio? Forse era solo per me.
Dopo aver visto la storia di Logan sbocciare fra alti e bassi, ora è il turno di Hilary e Caleb.
Ve li ricordate?
Inferno si colloca quasi parallelamente allo svolgersi della storia di Cassandra, ad occhio e croce, dato soprattutto alcuni dettagli.
Alcuni potrebbero non credere nell’amore a prima vista, ma non io, non più, perché devo ancora capire cos’altro mi possa aver consumata quel giorno. Sentii il cuore gonfiarsi e la pelle formicolare, mentre fameliche farfalle mi scorrevano attraverso, nella profondità del corpo.
Hilary è cresciuta in quella cittadina solo per andarsene e ritornare ora che la sua vita lo richiede.
Può essere pronta a tante cose, ma a Caleb?
Quell'uomo ha un fascino magnetico se solo si prende il tempo per valicare qualsiasi cosa sia quella dietro cui si barrica.
Un attimo prima lancia occhiate che definirle bollenti è un eufemismo e l'attimo dopo... la frase "levati dai piedi" non rende l'idea. Fin da ragazzina è sempre stata affascinata da quel ragazzo, dalla tenera età di dodici anni.
Su cosa abbia fatto gli anni in cui è stato lontano Caleb, circolano fin troppe voci.
Molte neppure lusinghiere e quando il passato inizia a bussare, ecco che si troverà a venire a patti non solo con quello che sente, ma anche con quello che vorrebbe fare, e quello che dovrebbe fare.
Perché anche se è un uomo che difficilmente si sbilancia, quando in gioco c'è la vita di coloro cui tiene è impossibile non rintanarsi nelle vecchie abitudini, dietro vecchie maschere.
L'uomo, ormai venticinquenne, non solo ha imparato a venire a patti con le proprie scelte, col proprio passato, ma anche con quello che vuole e quello che desidera dalla vita, una dimostrazione è proprio data dal fatto che quando è giunto il tempo di rimboccarsi le maniche, ha deciso di comprare un locale di Harmony per ristrutturarlo e iniziare a dar vita alla taverna che ne sarebbe diventata.
Hilary però è decisa, è fiera della strada che sta intraprendendo, soprattutto dopo tutto quello che si è ripromessa quando una persona che definiva amica le ha giocato un brutto scherzo e ora non vede l'ora di cambiare registro e ritornare a essere la parte migliore di se stessa e se questo significa rischiare ...
La partita è iniziata, le carte son state date, bisognerà solo sperare di avere una buona mano, no?
«Sai fidarti di un uomo, Hilary?»
Non avevo la risposta a quella domanda, e forse mi si leggeva in faccia.
«Quindi abbiamo qualcosa in comune. Perché non mi sono mai fidato di una donna.»
Inferno di Angela Graham è il quarto volume della serie Harmony, un libro che attendevo con trepidante attesa anche se, son sincera, non ricordavo più così bene i fatti riguardanti i protagonisti, sapevo solo che il focus si sarebbe spostato.
Mi son innamorata di Logan anni fa e ora con Caleb a volte il mio cuore sanguinava per quello che vedevo, perché una cosa l'ho capita, quell'uomo è un gioiellino, anche se devo capire in che modo.
Per la prima volta non mi è pesato rileggere una storia in parte già scritta, perché come vi dicevo, alcune cose, se avete letto già i precedenti volumi, le saprete già, ma altre... Dire che mi ha entusiasmato è un eufemismo, mi è piaciuto soprattutto il mondo in cui l'autrice ci ha fornito le informazioni su Caleb perché, diciamocelo pure, ogni volta che succedeva qualcosa rimanevo a bocca aperta a chiedermi che altro sarebbe successo.
Vorrei dire qualcosa sul finale ma, ehi, come io mi son tenuta la curiosità così dovrete far voi e ricordatevi: immergetevi in questa storia solo se siete pronte, perché le carte verranno mescolate eccome in questa storia!

RECENSIONE COMPLETA SUL BLOG!

Il ritorno di Angela Graham in libreria è sempre da me atteso con impazienza e a ben ragione, direi, in quanto i primi tre libri della sua serie Harmony, dedicati a Cassandra e a Logan, sono stati l'uno più bello dell'altro. Vi segnalo che le recensioni dei tre volumi, che precedono Inferno, potete leggerle sul blog.
Premetto che la lettura di Inferno potrebbe anche aversi senza che sia necessariamente preceduta da quella dei volumi antecedenti, poc'anzi menzionati, raccontando una storia a se stante. Tuttavia, è, a mio parere, dovuta la lettura di tutti i libri che compongono la serie, per questione di completezza e, soprattutto, perchè in tal modo vi risulterà più facile approcciarvi al romanzo in questione.
Ma veniamo a noi. Come al solito, Angela Graham non ha perso lo charme che sempre mi conquista, infatti racconta una storia ricca di colpi di scena e di verità celate, che non solo mi hanno stupito, in termini positivi ovviamente, ma mi hanno anche lasciato letteralmente a bocca aperta. Pertanto, sarebbe errato pensare che la storia di Hilary e Caleb, che viene tratteggiata marginalmente nei tre volumi precedenti ad Inferno, sia tutta rosa e fiori, come sembrerebbe.
Infatti Hilary, che abbiamo conosciuto come l'amica e la spalla di Cassandra, ha un gran fardello da portare. Non solo per quanto riguarda la sua situazione familiare, ma anche per quanto riguarda la sua corrente relazione. Non ha idea di chi sia l'uomo con cui ha a che fare, ma ben presto ne verrà a conoscenza e scoprirà di aver fatto un gran casino.
Chiudere con quel mondo e con quell'uomo non è affatto semplice, non perchè vi siano dei sentimenti, ma semplicemente perchè la loro relazione è malata e sotto di essa vi è un mondo che fa paura.
Caleb non è solo l'uomo sul quale Hilary ha posato il suo sguardo quando era ragazzina, ma è anche l'uomo per Hilary. Arriva da lei nel momento più importante, quello in cui decide di dare una svolta alla sua vita, mettendo fine a quella relazione sbagliata.
Non voglio dirvi tanto altro in merito alla storia, ma voglio precisare che in questo libro c'è una trama ben costruita, con personaggi che iniziamo a conoscere meglio, ma che ancora non conosciamo del tutto. La scrittrice ha ben saputo tessere la trama che si snoda nel corso del romanzo, sorreggendola con protagonisti tutti da scoprire.
Sono molto curiosa di continuare la lettura, soprattutto per come questa si è conclusa. Dunque, forse si può eccepire che questo romanzo ha un finale aperto e che quel "continua", prima della fine, non è stato granché apprezzato dalla sottoscritta, ma sono certa che Angela Graham si farà perdonare ben presto.
Dirvi emozionante sarebbe forse troppo, perchè in questo libro non ho avuto emozioni esplosive, ma sono stata sicuramente attaccata alle pagine del romanzo, spinta dalla curiosità degli avvenimenti che si succedevano gli uni agli altri. Dunque, consiglio caldamente questo libro a cui vuole una lettura piacevole, ma anche ricca di dinamicità e di colpi di scena. Angela Graham saprà conquistarvi.

Con Inferno, Angela Graham ci permette di fare una conoscenza più ravvicinata con Caleb Townsend e Hilary Robinson. Se avete seguito la serie Harmony, vi ricorderete che Caleb è il migliore amico di Logan, anche lui tornato dopo molto tempo nella sua città natale, e Hilary è la migliore amica di Cassandra. La storia può essere letta benissimo come uno stand-alone, ma aver letto gli altri libri ne danno una visione più completa e ampia, pur non inducendo in ripetizioni inutili.
La storia ci presenta i protagonisti sin dal loro primo incontro da ragazzi, come Hilary aveva perso la testa subito per quel ragazzo più grande di lei che non l'avrebbe mai notata.
Alcuni potrebbero non credere nell’amore a prima vista, ma non io, non più, perché devo ancora capire cos’altro mi possa aver consumata quel giorno.
Ora che è tornato ad Harmony ha ancora il potere di sconvolgerla, ma Hilary non è più la ragazza di un tempo. Anche Caleb non è più lo stesso, il suo passato è oscuro e pieno di segreti, ma l'attrazione che prova per Hilary è troppo forte per negarla. I rispettivi sensi di colpa però spesso li rendono aggressivi, sentimenti che si vomitano addosso, senza un buon motivo se non tentare di proteggersi quando le cose si fanno importanti.
Hilary ha una storia di relazioni sbagliate a tormentarla, si è cacciata in una situazione scomoda e Angela Graham è brava a maneggiare il tema dei rapporti, dosando sapientemente angst e passione.
Mio padre mi aveva sempre detto di non permettere mai che gli ostacoli mi rallentassero o mi fermassero, e non avevo intenzione di iniziare ora. La storia ci presenta i protagonisti sin dal loro primo incontro da ragazzi, come Hilary aveva perso la testa subito per quel ragazzo più grande di lei che non l'avrebbe mai notata.
Alcuni potrebbero non credere nell’amore a prima vista, ma non io, non più, perché devo ancora capire cos’altro mi possa aver consumata quel giorno.
Ora che è tornato ad Harmony ha ancora il potere di sconvolgerla, ma Hilary non è più la ragazza di un tempo. Anche Caleb non è più lo stesso, il suo passato è oscuro e pieno di segreti, ma l'attrazione che prova per Hilary è troppo forte per negarla. I rispettivi sensi di colpa però spesso li rendono aggressivi, sentimenti che si vomitano addosso, senza un buon motivo se non tentare di proteggersi quando le cose si fanno importanti.
Hilary ha una storia di relazioni sbagliate a tormentarla, si è cacciata in una situazione scomoda e Angela Graham è brava a maneggiare il tema dei rapporti, dosando sapientemente angst e passione.
Mio padre mi aveva sempre detto di non permettere mai che gli ostacoli mi rallentassero o mi fermassero, e non avevo intenzione di iniziare ora. Si torna sempre dove si è stati bene. è per questo che ho accettato di leggere il quarto libro di questa serie, nonostante non sia molto nelle mie corde. Torniamo ad Harmony, ma a guidarci questa volta sono due protagonisti diversi, vicini ma diversi dal Logan e Cassandra dei primi libri. Angela Graham ci presenta i loro rispettivi migliori amici, Caleb e Hilary, la cui vita è tutta un altro paio di maniche .
Finite le presentazioni, arriviamo al punto. Non sono una grande esperta del genere romance, conosco poche autrici ma decisamente buone e Angela Graham è una di queste. La sua capacità di rendere la storia molto fluida mi fa sorvolare su alcuni cliché che inevitabilmente si porta dietro, e godere a pieno di una trama comunque interessante e di personaggi che vorrei volentieri come amici. Me ne ero accorta nei tre libri della serie, lo ribadisco con questo.
Non molto scontato, nei libri che si concentrano su personaggi che nella storia principale erano secondari, è il fatto che gli eventi di questo libro seguono in linea temporale quelli di Logan e Cassandra. Anzi, si va ancora più indietro. Caleb e Hilary si conoscono da piccoli ed è proprio da qui che parte l’autrice nel narrarli. Personalità molto diverse tra loro ( stranamente ho preferito la ragazza a Caleb) che trovano l’uno nell’altro quel tassello mancante che li completi.
Nel panorama di libri molto simili tra loro, di storie d’amore che sono quasi l’una lo specchio dell’altra, Angela Graham riesce a dar vita, non dico ad una vera rarità perché sarebbe eccessivo, ma comunque ad una fiammella che spicca leggermente tra le altre. Poi, è vero che abbiamo parlato di serie, ma un finale aperto e soprattutto, un arco temporale molto più lungo e indipendente da quello dei tre libri precedenti, fanno di Inferno un libro da poter considerare come il trampolino di lancio per un nuovo ciclo. Di sicuro sentiremo ancora parlare di Caleb e Hilary.

I absolutely loved this book. I tend to have a track record of not liking books in series that revolve around secondary characters and not the original protagonists I fell in love with in the beginning of a series. But that was definitely not the case with this book.
This book tells the beginning of Hilary & Caleb’s story. It follows almost exactly the same timeline as the first book in the series, Inevitable, but there is really no repeat of that story. If you liked Hilary & Caleb as the best friends of Cassandra & Logan, than you will definitely fall in love with them like I did in this book.
I don’t want to ruin the plot too much, but the book tells the story of them from their very early childhood meeting, to Caleb coming back to Harmony & opening Haven, to Caleb’s mysterious past and then them coming together finally. It really was more than just all that though and I would implore anyone who might be interested in reading this book to do so. There are twist and turns you won’t see coming!
I also have to say it was so insightful reading about things that happened in book 1 from another’s perspective and understanding things more clearly. It definitely makes me want to go a start reading all the books again!
I’m so excited Angela Graham released another book and I’m even more excited to read the upcoming continuation of Hilary & Caleb’s story!

First off, let me just say how ecstatic I am that Angela Graham is writing again. And to be able to go back to Harmony where the magic started was incredible. Especially getting Hilary (Cassandra's best friends) story.
Holy emotional whiplash! For as brave and bold as Hilary is, she also has a very tender and giving heart. As evidenced by her relationship with her dad. Those scenes were some of my favorites. But the guts of Inferno center around Hilary and her childhood crush, Caleb. Talk about broody. That man has perma-scowl and intimidating silence down to a science.
I loved their draw to one another. The years of longing with no real action on either of their parts. How Hilary was eager but tried to not act too eager. How Caleb refused to rush things. How they let their walls down brick by brick. Those tender moments between them legit gave me butterflies and heart flutters.
But for some reason, their pasts couldn't leave them alone. Hilary's kept resurfacing to throw her off and in turn, spike Caleb's anger. When the opportunity to put an end to the madness presented itself, Hilary took it. Holy crap I wasn't ready for that dramatic twist. My heart was racing and I couldn't read fast enough. Gah! I am beside myself itching to know what Angela Graham has in store for Caleb and Hilary next.

Problema principale: mi aspettavo una cosa completamente diversa, nel bene e nel male.
Nel bene, nel senso che pensavo di vedere lo svolgimento della storia di Hillary e Caleb completamente specchiato rispetto a quello di Cassandra e Logan, ma non è stato così. È stata più una cosa del tipo "Ah ma quindi mentre leggevo quel libro parallelamente stava succedendo tutta sta cosa e io non me ne sono accorta?"
Quindi complimenti alla Graham per avere costruito una storia totalmente diversa, ma allo stesso tempo "credibile" per quello che abbiamo intravisto con Cassie e Logan.
Dall'altra parte, io so delle cose di Hillary e Caleb lette nella serie precedente che avevano stuzzicato la mia curiosità, ma che qui non hanno trovato risposta e per questo ci sono rimasta male. Spero di poterle leggere perché Caleb e Hillary meritano almeno un secondo volume (la Graham ci ha abituati troppo bene).
Per il resto, ottimo il personaggio di Caleb, diverso dai soliti protagonisti e da come me l'ero immaginato e la coppia Hillary/Logan che non avevo considerato.

I CAN'T GET ENOUGH!
This is the story from Hillary and Caleb's pov. Their story was not what I expected. Hillary's secret was kinda shocking. Rafe was a real piece of work. Caleb at times was an ass. When he shows up at Hillary's house yelling at her and accusing her is one thing but calling her a liar and a whore had me screaming in my head. WHAT A DICK!! I can't believe she waited as long as she did to throw him out. Hillary's character is different. She's so insecure at times it was maddening. Caleb has quite a few secrets of his own. There a few surprises in here that shocked me alittle. I would love to have more of all of them. Caleb, Hillary and Logan and Cassie and Oliver. I want to know what happened to Jax and Julia and Luke. This book say to be continued so I look forward to more. I highly recommend this series to everyone.

Wow how have I not heard of Angela Graham before she messaged my blog? I am so ashamed to say that! I fell in love with this book right away. Angela you have yourself a new stalker (I mean fan). I cannot wait to go back a read the other 3 books. I was not lost at all with reading this book first. This book keep me on the edge of my seat with all the secrets! The chemistry Caleb and Hilary was off the charts. I was in love with Caleb even with all his skeletons in his closet. This book will have you flipping pages as fast you can to see what is gonna happen. I was drew in from the first page to the very last page. I was kinda sad to flip the last page. I cannot wait read more! Guys I cannot stress how much of a must read this book is.

I've read all of the books that go along with the series...I've got to say Angela did not disappoint with Caleb and Hilary's story. I loved every minute of this book. It was written so well and had me so enamoured with their characters. I felt like I was in the story with them living life along side them as I was reading. As I read I got lost in the moments of longing ,heartache, struggles, love etc. I got to escape into the town of Harmony. I cant wait for the next book I know it will be just as wonderful. Angela has an amazing talent for writing and I'm so glad that she shares them with the world. So if you havent read the book make sure you read this one along with all the others you will not be disappointed.

For those of you who have read the harmony series you will have already met Hilary but this book lets us see a different side of her one that I never saw coming. You get glimpses of Hilary back when she’s younger and when her crush with Caleb starts. She's just as sassy but also has a vulnerability to her which makes her more beautiful.
Caleb well what can we say he's just as hot but also has a deeper darker side to him that we haven't seen before and he want's to keep it hidden, he draws you in and you cant help but keep rooting for him even if he comes off as a jerk at times.
Go get your copy and see what these two have been hiding, and lets not forget we also get to see Logan and Cassandra once again.
Caleb well what can we say he's just as hot but also has a deeper darker side to him that we haven't seen before and he want's to keep it hidden, he draws you in and you cant help but keep rooting for him even if he comes off as a jerk at times.

We have the insight of Hilary and Caleb.Finding out the continuation and the boys about her life. Little things we did not know,and found out so much more of Hilarys life while getting to know Caleb.
As usual,this is a continuation of The Harmony family, insight. We all patiently waited and got a great result. Angela you left us wanting more.
These people of Harmony are giving us so much more. We need to hear about Julia,Jax,Cassie,Logan and their families. You have is insight on Caleb,that we had no clue, was Logan ever involved,how about Natasha.How is her life going.
Maybe I read more into the insight because I love this series. There is so much more to pursue,and I truly hope we don't have to wait much longer for the next book.

Worth the Wait!
I fell in love with the town of Harmony a few years ago reading Logan and Carrie's love story and couldn't wait for Caleb and Hilary's story. I thought I knew their story based on their interactions with Logan and Cassie. Boy was I wrong! Caleb and Hilary have their own story to tell and I couldn't get enough of it! Loved it!

I love Caleb and Hilary
I’m so glad we are getting their story!! I loved them in Logan and Cassie’s story and wanted more of them and now we have it. I wanted to smack them both at times then hit the crap out of them. The author has a way to make you feel the same as the characters and you get attached to them. I highly recommend.

AMAZING
I've loved every book in the Harmony series and I did not expect Hilary and Celebs story to be so WOW. I knew it would be good but I didn't expect half of it, can't Waite for book 2 .
Well done Angela Graham you've hit it out of the park yet again , if you haven't read this series then all I can say is " what's stopping you your missing out on some awesome books"
I'd highly recommend this author and all her books especially the Harmony series xx

Carino aspettavo questo libro da un pò, non male. Mi è dispiaciuto che fosse solo pov femminile mi sarebbe piaciuto leggere dei pensieri di lui ma pazienza. Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse l'epilogo anche perché alla fine dice continua ma vedo che è l'ultimo libro della serie boh. Per fortuna non è un finale aperto diciamo che ti lascia immaginare come finisca tra di loro. 4 stelle

Love it
I have waited a long time for Caleb and Hillary story and was not disappointed. This book could be read alone but I would recommend that you read the whole Harmony Series so you can get to know the characters. I hope it's not a long wait for the next part of this story.

Phenomenal book!!!
I love Angela’s books, she is one of my favourite authors.
