A wonderful adaptation of an Indian folktale by friend and teacher, Shakta Kaur Khalsa. A really awseome yoga set accompanies this story and I was fortunate enough to be able to teach it with Shakta at Rise and Shine Yoga in December. What a great way to combine yoga and literature for young yogis. I love this book!

A retelling of the ancient Punjabi tale in which a family prevails over a troll because of the way they stick together and cooperate. When a neighbor family try the same trick their squabbling and disunity almost get them eaten, but their narrow escape brings them together.
