Not the best written book and does not seem particularly well organized, but, a must read for someone practicing commercial real estate, especially in Dallas TX...

I asked my brother-in-law to recommend a book on real estate investing. He sent me this book. While there were some nuggets on real estate investing, much of the book detailed names and deals and projects and dates. Since I lived in Dallas years ago, I was familiar with some of the names and projects and found that information mildly interesting but that is not why I read the book. I really wanted more information on real estate investing. Regardless, Trammell Crow was a person worth reading about because of his drive to achieve.
