Serena follows them from New York to their wedding in Ankara causing mayhem. Only when she almost succeeds and he nearly loses Ayse does Ahmet come to realise that he truly loves her and then it becomes a race against time to save the woman that he loves from the woman he hates and to try to save the marriage that he thought he didn't want until it is nearly too late. This book is pure romantic fiction and has a traditional theme with a thoroughly modern backdrop.
