This book comes with a set of bones (while perfectly functional,they're polyresin replicas of bones; they are very well made) and a casting cloth. The introduction to the history of bone casting for divination is short but concise. I personally prefer a short history. Then it's into the art of bone casting and divination using bones. I enjoyed the authors honesty. She makes it clear that this isn't a traditional form of divination from Africa and is instead inspired by the various forms of divination.
I highly recommend this work to anyone interested in the shamanic divinatory arts of primitive people. This book is also a great addition to the occult library and a must for the serious occult student.
