I'm revisiting my first review.
This is a good reference book, but does not do a particularly good job around verb tenses. It all depends on what you need the book for. If you're trying to learn the language then there are other books out there that would be better. Greek Now 1 + 1, Greek: An Essential Grammar of the Modern Language Ταξίδι στην Ελλάδα 1: Νέα ελληνικά για ξένους επίπεδα Α1 και Α2
