Sequel to Binky Brothers, Detectives that repeats the same structure as its predecessor - the older brother ostracizes his younger brother from the investigation, only to later learn his younger brother had solved everything already. The plotting is a bit more complicated here, employing some of the "bigger" twist tropes you might find an impossible crime novel, but the storytelling seems rushed - the "impossibility" isn't clearly established so the twists don't have the intended effect. Still, you admire its ambition to include such complexities within a child's detective story.

Seems like a Crosby Bonsall knock-off. Here we have Chub instead of Tubby. A bit confusing (though this is kind of the point), but the characters aren't very well-formed. Kessler's illustrations here are better than many of his, but still not up to the standard of Bonsall.

Cute book about the Fearless Four not allowing others to join their club. Their snow fort gets destroyed.
