I am planning on a NEW weight loss group where we will set a goal using our really smart brains. Based on that goal, we will plan 24 hours in advance. We will figure out what urges/triggers come up that go against our plan. Then figure out how to ALLOW those things and make good choices instead. I've got a journal, a plan and coaching insight. It is experimental though, the first time I've done it in THIS way.
