‘Do not fear loving Our Lady too much; for you will never come to love her as Jesus loved her.’ ~St. Maximilian Kolbe
Excellent little treatise about Mary of Nazareth which really only whets the appetite. A quick easy read, but it recommends several weightier resources.
Starting point for catechumens, converts or the poorly catechized, which is probably most Catholics today. I learned quite a bit and got some excellent ideas for myself as well as my students. Emphasize Mary leads us to Jesus. As St. Anselm said, she is not the God of the temple, but the temple of God, the New Ark of the Covenant, the God-bearer. The importance of her role is always to be seen in relation to how she brings us perfectly to Him. Throughout Holy Scripture hers is total humility to the Will of God.

Jednoznačne najlepšia mariánska knižka, akú som doteraz čítal. Už cez Manelliho Ježiša, eucharistickú Lásku som si mimoriadne obľúbil jeho horlivý štýl založený na krásnych životných svedectvách svätcov. Toto malé, no duchovne šialene bohaté dielko by sa dalo nazvať aj takou opravdivou učebnicou v škole Panny Márie.

An abridged or paraphrased The Glories of Mary by St. Alphonsus Ligouri; but this is not at all me dissing or hating this book, but rather saying anyone who is a fan of the saint's classic then they shall also love this book. A truly wonderful Marian book!!!!!
