Being inspired on how to improve daily workflow and stay motivated, I recommend this book to not just people who are struggling with procrastination but also feeling lost in pursuing goals.

Although most of the methods introduced are well known (you must have heard of them in different stage of your life), the strategies to encounter the potential difficulties when applying the methods are refreshing. The suggestions are just practical and realistic since they are based on the author’s coaching experience.

I am looking forward to apply them and see how it goes!
