A magical tale of second chances...
Shannon Riley gives us a beautiful story of love and renewal in verse form as she takes us on a magical journey with a young woman recovering from painful loss. The writer wields her words like an artist wields a brush, painting colorful scenes of heaven and earth in a bright palette of wonder and joy. The poetry telling the young girl’s story is light and airy and moves across the page in a delightful cadence. And the story itself is filled with glowing promise, and delivers a beautiful and satisfying end.
This is gorgeous tale for both young and old, and one perfect for bedtime.
